Session 2026-27 — Undergraduate & Postgraduate Programmes

Welcome to the Kashi Naresh University online admission portal. Please follow the instructions below based on your programme level:


Undergraduate (UG) Applicants

  • New Applicants: Click [Go to Application Form] to begin.
  • Returning Applicants: Sign in with your Application No and registered email to continue or pay the course fees.

Postgraduate (PG) Applicants
  1. Register: Complete your registration on the University Samarth Portal (https://knubadm.samarth.edu.in/index.php).
  2. Fee Payment: After registration wait for an SMS and an email from KNUB Admission. Once you receive the email, return to this page and log in using your registered email and the Registration Number sent via SMS/email. No need to register as a new applicant here.
    Note: The course fee payment option will only be visible to shortlisted candidates.

New Applicant

Start a fresh online application for UG / Certificate / Diploma programmes. No login required to begin Part 1.

The last date for completing admission formalities and payment of applicable fees has been extended until 26 August 2026.

Admission Process

  1. Step 1 — Application Form Fill in personal details, academic records, course preferences, and upload required documents.
  2. Step 2 — Review & Submit Verify all entries, accept the declaration, and submit your application online.
  3. Step 3 — Document Upload Bring original documents and a printed copy of your application to the counselling session.

Documents Required

  • Class 10 Mark Sheet & Certificate
  • Class 12 (Intermediate) Mark Sheet & Certificate
  • Character Certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Weightage Certificate (NCC/NSS/Sports etc., if applicable)
